You may have seen Dean Karnazes on the Regis and Kelly Live Show, he is running across the U.S. to inspire people to “get moving”. We’ve been tracking Dean’s progress and today Dean is somewhere in Missouri. Very impressive. How does he do it? Well the crew at ABC is giving him a lot of support, food, water, cold ice baths etc.
But one reason, we like to think, he is has been able to run an average of 40 miles a day for 38 days straight is his McRoskey. It’s a regular McRoskey Classic, made in our San Francisco Showroom but with some adjustments. The bus Dean is riding is very tight quarters so there had to be a notch cut our of the corner of his mattress. That’s easy for McRoskey because we handcraft all our mattresses to order.
