Care, Warranty, and Exchange Policies

Rest well with our warranty.

• To best protect your investment alternately rotate and flip your mattress according to the instructions on the mattress label. Give us your email address and we’ll send you an email reminder when it's time to flip or rotate your mattress.
  
• Always use a mattress protector pad and/or a waterproof mattress protector to keep your mattress clean and stain-free.
  
• McRoskey Mattress Company will repair a warranted defect if reported within the first ten years of ownership.
  
• Cost of transportation to and from the factory is borne by the customer.
  
• A warranted defect is any defect in materials used or any construction defect in the McRoskey mattress, comfort enhancer, box spring or foundation.
  
• Wear is expected and is not warranted.
  
• McRoskey Mattress Company will exchange to a different comfort or size within thirty days after delivery; an exchange fee applies.
  
• Only one exchange is permitted.
